Current DIY Wedding Projects

The past few days I've been going crazy with all my DIY projects for the wedding and thought I would share a few pictures here. Everything I make is super easy, so if you're interested in anything just let me know and I'm happy to share!

I don't know why my pictures have been so grainy lately. But anyway, here a few of the centerpieces. We are using vintage/antique/thrift vases and containers. Because each container is so different the arrangements vary a lot. Mostly I stuck with an Autumn theme, but whatever flowers struck my fancy got thrown in too.

Milk glass containers make up a lot of the centerpieces.

The current state of our mantle.

Some of the boutonnieres for the guys. There are still glue strings on these I have to go and pick off, but it's been too hot so I'm waiting a couple of days.

A bridesmaid's bouquet.

I love tussie mussies!

Drawstring reticules/pouches.

I also have lots of great things I've gotten from Etsy for the wedding, but I'll wait to share those until afterward!

re: hurricane; oh no Tess! Good luck for tomorrow! I used to live up north Australia, and they always have cyclone season every year!! Keep us posted and stay save! ;)

Hello, I popped over from the Etsy forums. I like your background and that bridesmaid's bouquet looks like it stepped out of Victoria Magazine!

Thanks Nattie! They keep downgrading the storm but they declared a state of emergency so we'll see! Right now it doesn't look like it's doing anything.

The vintage containers look lovely and so unique as wedding centerpieces!
